Our journey begins in the soil, where you will learn about the regenerative farming practices we use to keep our ecosystem healthy before harvesting the seasonal, organic ingredients for our meal.
Preparation takes place in our open-air kitchen, where the pillars of Greek gastronomy—freshness, seasonality, and simplicity—guide everything we do. Rather than complex techniques, we emphasize the direct connection between the land and the plate. You will experience the gentle pace of cooking in a traditional wood-burning oven and see how our award-winning, high-polyphenol olive oil elevates garden-fresh produce into a nourishing Mediterranean feast.
The heart of the experience is the “Farmer’s Table”. After the cooking is done, we gather to share the meal we have created, bringing everyone together like a family. It is here, through shared food and conversation, that the true spirit of the Slow Food movement comes to life. You will leave the farm with more than just new skills; you will carry home a piece of the Greek soul and a deeper understanding of how to live and eat in harmony with nature.
